The company provides help through helpline numbers to farmers to resolve their queries / concerns / issues related to crops from all over Haryana. Farmers get information about weather conditions, mandi prices and technical issues through these helpline numbers. Farm Mart will going to provides free training of good agriculture practices and scientific knowledge to farmers in Haryana. The call centres are operated by agriculture experts fluent in all major Indian languages. This service is available on company's toll-free numbers throughout the year from 9.00 am – 6.00 pm. SMS updates on important issues are sent to the registered farmers daily.
